Health Actuarial Team Manager

This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City , with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Mexico City office, in line with Aon's Smart Working policy.
You will be a senior technical leader within Aon's General Capability Center in Mexico City, acting as a bridge between individual contributor and people leader roles. You will lead complex health actuarial analyses, coordinate project delivery, and provide day‐to‐day oversight and coaching for a small team of actuarial professionals, while maintaining a significant hands‐on technical contribution.
Lead the most complex health actuarial modeling and analysis assignments (IBNR and reserve studies, pricing and rate development,



actuarial value and funding evaluations, experience and trend analyses, budgets and projections).
Serve as technical reviewer and subject matter expert , ensuring consistency and quality across models, assumptions and deliverables.
Develop work plans, assign tasks and monitor progress across your team and other Actuarial Team Managers on large or complex projects.
Review models, exhibits and analyses prepared by team members, providing structured feedback and ensuring compliance with actuarial standards, documentation requirements and internal controls.
Provide ongoing technical coaching, support onboarding and training, lead knowledge‐sharing sessions and act as a role model for technical excellence and professional conduct.
Collaborate with Health & Benefits consulting teams, actuaries and operational partners across North America and other regions, presenting methodologies, assumptions and results
