What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in Client Service, BDR, or a similar field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Results-driven mindset
- Goal-oriented and competitive

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One Saturday per rotation every 7–9 weeks, paid as overtime, plus an additional bonus for working on Saturday.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist potential new clients with their initial process and a brief questionnaire
- Onboard new clients to our portals
- Send documentation for signature
- Provide a positive and professional first experience for new clients
