About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations for approximately 8 executives, including scheduling, travel, and expenses, while also providing backup support to the CEO's office.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys executive support as a long-term career path and takes pride in being a trusted partner to senior leaders. Prepare and track expense reports in partnership with Finance
Provide backup support for the CEO's office during peak periods
Draft professional communication (email, Slack) and handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as Outlook and expense management systems (e.g., Comfort operating in situations where priorities may shift and information may be incomplete
Flexibility to support occasional urgent travel or executive-related matters outside of standard business hours
Deliver high-quality, accurate work with minimal oversight
