Key responsibilities: Analyze and manage the customer order flow. Monitor demand and generate forecasts to support material and production planning. Track changes in customer requirements and ensure a timely response. Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics departments. Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
We are looking for talent with:
- Experience in order management, demand planning, or supply chain operations within the industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
