Execute and register the ordinary and special payroll of all the CamNorth BU's according to the policies, procedures, GCS controls and government laws for the timely registration,
validation and delivery of information for decision-making in the accounting processes..
Your Impact
As Payroll Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …
- Coordinate and guarantee the accounting closure to guarantee the accounting record of expenses for financial statements
- Generate and analyze the Budget (AOP / FCST) for main accounts to control expenses
- Supervise and ensure the compliance with SOx and GCS controls and procedures
- Manage and follow up of the collection of services for employees with international assignment in order to reduce impacts for the company
- Apply changes and follow up of tax , labor or legal reforms in order to avoid impacts for the company
- Do the Monthly Balance Sheet Review (BSR) presentation
- Promote and supervising team participation and activily participate in projects and initiatives that allow the improvement and efficiency of payroll processes.
