Business Analyst

Activities:

-Investigate and analyze basic and complex casuistry that surrounds the processes and systems.

-Make recommendations on improving processes, efficiency and practices.

-Establish and agree on the KPIs for monitoring the project and the benefits associated with it regarding planning

-Provide periodic reports of the situation that the project is in charge of at the different levels of the organization.

-Control the scope changes that arise in the project for an adequate performance.

-Documenting agreements and commitments of the various sessions generated and following up on them.

Requirements:

-2 to 4 years as Business Analyst in activities related to Technology

-Ability to influence, group management, decision making, problem solving

-Excellent written and oral communication

-Understanding of the Organization / Business, Conflict Management, Coaching, Motivation and Negotiation
