About the role
As a Sr. Category Manager, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for key commodities, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and long-term value creation. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, influence strategic business decisions,



and build strong supplier relationships that support operational excellence and new product development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Category Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing category and commodity strategies aligned with business objectives and manufacturing priorities.
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management to deliver cost savings and long-term value.
- Building and managing strategic supplier relationships to improve quality, delivery, innovation, and overall supplier performance.
- Partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and New Product Development teams to support sourcing decisions and business growth.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, supplier risk mitigation, and cost optimization through data-driven decision making.
