We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager that will serve as the senior operational leader for the Mexico, Missouri Distribution Center and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of all distribution operations.



Reporting directly to the Director of Distribution & Logistics, this role translates company strategy into operational execution by leading all Distribution Center functions, including Inbound, Outbound, Returns, Inventory Control, labor planning, and facility operations. As the second-in-command for the Distribution Center, the Manager is accountable for operational excellence, customer service, inventory integrity, safety, financial performance, and employee engagement. This position partners closely with corporate leadership to ensure the Distribution Center consistently delivers exceptional service while supporting the Company's strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
