We're seeking a Sales Developer (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) who brings a proactive attitude, interacts effortlessly with people, upholds discipline, and stays committed to producing results. In this capacity, you'll strengthen your outreach and lead-generation talents while gaining mastery over industry-leading sales tools that support connecting with prospective clients. Your central aim revolves around booking substantive meetings with pre-selected target companies and offering prospects clear, compelling motivation to engage with our organization.
You'll collaborate alongside fellow SDRs/Team Leads, Sales/Account Managers/Directors, and Marketing colleagues,



gathering hands-on knowledge about prospecting strategies, sales processes, our solution offerings, and stories of achievement. Should you wish to stretch beyond routine responsibilities, you'll also gain entry to EPAM's broad worldwide community of technologists, architects, strategists, consultants, and analysts. This role serves as a foundational stepping stone into Business Development at EPAM, establishing a pathway toward direct/field sales, partner sales, or leadership positions across our international SDR team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute meaningfully to EPAM's sales engine by uncovering and engaging with adecuado buyer segments within designated accounts, opening new pipeline opportunities for sales and account management teams
- Make contact with potential customers through a combination of LinkedIn, email, outbound cold and warm phone calls, video calls, and social platforms, generating authentic conversations
