About the role: The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational execution for a portfolio of 2–3 consumer brands,
reporting to a Senior Director. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you'll independently run your own pieces of the engagement, keep daily operations moving, and serve as a dependable, proactive point of contact for clients. You'll also work closely with the internal order management team — who own day-to-day order processing — and may take on light oversight of that workflow for your brands, without owning it operationally.
