Job Description
About the Team
The IT Infrastructure team plays a critical role in ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing technology services across the plant. Working closely with local operations, general IT teams, and business stakeholders, the team manages core infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and datacenter environments while supporting manufacturing systems.
The department also drives infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enable business growth and operational excellence.
What you can look forward to as IT Analyst II - Delivery and Support:
Manage and support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup solutions, datacenter facilities, and environmental systems.
Administer and optimize voice and data network services to ensure reliable business operations.
Install, configure, and maintain network technologies such as switches, WLAN devices, DNS, and DHCP services.
Provide second-level support for end-user computing environments and first-level support for manufacturing MES/SCADA systems.
Lead and participate in local and global IT infrastructure projects, including vendor implementations and technology upgrades.
Act as the key interface between plant operations, business stakeholders, and IT management to align technology solutions with busines
