is seeking to hire an
Acteon Equipment Specialist (AES)
, a pivotal role in executing our sales strategy within a designated territory. This position is tailored for individuals who have a comprehensive understanding of the Acteon product suite and can effectively assess customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that align with both customer objectives and Acteon’s business goals.
Job Requirements
- Education
: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience
: 3-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have
prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry
.
- Skills and Knowledge
: Proficiency in technology, including the ability to demonstrate and integrate hardware and software solutions. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage details effectively.
- Driver’s License
:
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for this position. Ability to travel 50%–75% of the time.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Planning
: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales business plan for the assigned territory.
- Engagement
: Participate in Acteon-related activities, including training, solutions-based selling, and in-field customer support.
- Event Organization
: Organize peer-to-peer selling events and establish relationships with key distribution partners; actively participate in branch sales meetings.
- Dealer Relations
: Strengthen dealer relationships and enhance brand awareness through regular communication with dealer personnel and sales teams.
- Prospecting
: Identify and qualify new leads to maintain a balanced sales funnel.
- Customer Support
: Support and expand Acteon’s existing customer base through product upgrades and cross-promotions; track leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
