Easy Lemon is a fast-growing U.S.-based Lemon Law organization dedicated to helping consumers navigate claims involving defective vehicles. Our goal is to make the legal process easier to understand while providing clients with responsive, professional, and reliable support.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, empathetic, and client-focused Client Support Specialist to join our remote team.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing multiple cases, coordinating with internal teams, and taking ownership of tasks to keep cases moving forward.

Previous U.S. Lemon Law experience is preferred but not required. We provide training on our processes, systems, and the fundamentals of U.S. Lemon Law.

The Opportunity

As a Client Support Specialist, you will manage an assigned caseload and serve as a key point of contact for clients throughout their Lemon Law claim.

You will keep clients informed, respond to questions and concerns, follow up on outstanding documents and information,



monitor case progress, and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other internal teams to help move each case forward.

This is a high-volume, client-facing position that requires approximately 30–40 client calls per day. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities without losing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
- Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and SMS
- Handle approximately 30–40 client calls per day
- Provide timely and accurate updates regarding case progress
- Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Request, collect, and follow up on required documents and information
- Maintain accurate case notes and client records in CRM and case management system
