Requirements (MANDATORY)
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
- Experience in employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee situations.

Nice to have:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- U.S. visa is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to travel up to 10%.

Key responsibilities:
HR operations, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, performance and talent management, benefits and leave administration, compliance, investigations, training and support to operations teams.
