About the role:
We are looking for an
AI-Native Backend and Agent Systems Engineer
to work directly with technical leadership. AI already builds the first 80–90% of new products and features; this role owns the remaining 10–20% — backend architecture, integrations, security, debugging, testing, deployment,



and production edge cases — while continuously improving the underlying tooling, infrastructure, and guardrails so that the share of manual work keeps shrinking. A major part of the job is helping operate dozens of isolated Hermes/Openclaw agents running across Brev infrastructure, building the systems to provision, configure, update, monitor, debug, and safely roll them back across multiple clients.

What You'll Do
- Productionize AI-generated code into secure, reliable, well-tested backend systems
- Design, build, and maintain integrations, APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows
- Manage Supabase/PostgreSQL databases, authentication, and multi-tenant isolation
- Provision, configure, monitor, and safely roll back Hermes/Openclaw agents across Brev and NVIDIA infrastructure
- Build reusable tooling: automated tests, CI/CD pipelines,
