to be the engine behind the company’s high-volume social output—the editor who lives natively in Reels, TikToks, and Shorts and turns a steady stream of footage into scroll-native cuts that feel made for the feed, not reformatted from something longer. You'll work fast and clean in Adobe Premiere,



keeping pace with a medium-to-high volume of short-form edits, resizes, and caption passes so the work ships consistently and on time. You know what's landing on each platform right now—the hooks, the pacing, the formats, the on-screen text conventions—because you consume this content natively, and you bring that fluency to every cut. You take feedback openly and iterate quickly; you're early in your career and hungry to level up, and you treat every note as a way to get sharper. By owning the short-form and resize workload, you free our senior editor to focus on the high-craft projects—and you become the reason our social output finally has a consistent look, quality, and cadence.
