metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side

JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.
- Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize

development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.
- Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge

management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications
- Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs

in ServiceNow
- Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system

clone, upgrades in ServiceNow
- Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications
- Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery,



JavaScript and any web-based development tools
- Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration
- Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s
- A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
- Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in ServiceNow
- Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.
