We are looking for a
Lead Advent Geneva Developer
to build and enhance solutions that support financial planning and analysis within an investment and asset management environment. You will lead development, configuration, and support across reporting and data workflows. Apply now to help deliver reliable outcomes for clients
Responsibilities
- Lead Advent Geneva development across RSL/RDL reporting, configuration, customization, and production support
- Design robust solutions that align FP&A; needs with investment management and asset management workflows
- Implement and maintain Geneva configurations to ensure accurate accounting and portfolio outputs
- Build and optimize SQL queries and scripts to support reporting, reconciliation, and data quality checks
- Coordinate integrations with upstream and downstream systems to maintain reliable data flows
- Troubleshoot issues across the trade lifecycle and resolve defects to meet operational timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
- Document configurations, report logic, and support procedures to improve maintainability
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Advent Geneva experience including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
- Proven leadership experience guiding technical delivery and supporting teammates in a lead capacity
