Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and highly articulate
Bilingual Client Service Liaison
to join our team in a full-time remote role. As the primary point of contact, you will handle inbound and outbound phone calls in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and deliver exceptional customer support. You will also log communication details in the firm's database and collaborate with internal teams to handle general administrative tasks. No prior legal background is necessary, making this idóneo for a client-focused communicator ready to learn through complete on-the-job training.

Schedule:
Remote, Full Time | Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary, customer-facing point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and conduct proactive outbound follow-up calls in both English and Spanish.
- Communicate empathetically, professionally, and clearly with clients to ensure a positive service experience.




- Assist with cross-departmental tasks and provide general administrative support as needed across firm roles.
- Document client communications, updates, and key details accurately within the firm's database.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure client questions and needs are addressed promptly.

Requirements:
- Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing environment.
- High level of comfort and confidence spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, warm, and approachable phone demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to overlapping responsibilities within a collaborative team.
- No prior legal experience necessary (full training provided on the job).
