Required Skills & Experience

-2-3+ years of experience managing high-volume and complex payroll environments -Strong understanding of payroll operations, year-end processing, taxation, benefits, and payroll legislation -Proven client-facing experience with ownership of service delivery, client communication, and escalations -Previous leadership experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, Manager, or similar role -Experience coaching, mentoring, or overseeing payroll teams and payroll specialists -Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or escalated client situations -Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs), quality control, and operational metrics -Ability to investigate and resolve payroll-related issues, including integration and process errors -Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, employees, and internal stakeholders -Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills -Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint,



and reporting tools -Fluent in both English and Spanish
