ICP is looking for a
Global Librarian
to join our Digital Asset Management (DAM) team in Mexico City.

This is an exciting
early-career opportunity
for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, curious and interested in building a career in digital content, content operations and technology.

As a Integral Librarian, you'll play an important role in helping to manage and maintain a large digital content library, ensuring assets are accurate, well organised, searchable and ready for use. You'll work across content management, metadata, quality assurance, user support and documentation, while developing valuable experience within an international team.

Key responsibilities

As part of the DAM operations team, you will:
- Manage, organise, upload,



download and publish digital assets in line with established guidelines and processes.
- Maintain and improve asset metadata to ensure content is accurate, consistent and easy to find.
- Carry out quality assurance checks across digital assets, files, tags and metadata.
- Support data entry, content clean-up and asset audits to maintain the quality and integrity of the digital library.
- Respond to user questions and provide helpful, professional support with day-to-day platform and content-related queries.
- Investigate issues, resolve them where possible and escalate more complex matters appropriately.
- Support user access and provisioning requests in line with established processes.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge-base content and user guidance.
