The role…
Ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll accounting processes, including payroll records, reconciliations, provisions, tax and social security obligations, and payroll-related accounting activities.
The position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of payroll and accounting information, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and providing reliable information to support financial reporting and business decision-making.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Payroll accounting records, reconcilliation and investigation of payroll-related accounts.
- Monthly calculation and recording of nominal provisions.
- Preparation of severance checks.
- Determination of payroll-related taxes (ISN, IMSS e INFONAVIT). Payroll accrual reconciliations.
- CFDI payroll stamping and integration of stamped vs paid.
- Assignment of bank cards and food vouchers.
- Presentation of movements such as registrations, terminations and salary modifications to the IMSS, as well as their follow-up in the corresponding departments on issues related to IMSS and INFONAVIT and provide effective solutions to be in complience with them.
