Our client is a leading international manufacturing company with an established production operation in Mexico.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR operations for the manufacturing plant, covering employee relations, talent, performance, and compliance.
- Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning and business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and HR initiatives across the site.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR experience within manufacturing plants/sites in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and plant HR practices.
- Proven experience partnering with plant leadership and managing employee relations.
- Fluent English is required; Spanish proficiency is expected.
- Fluency in Chinese will be a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
