About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Sourcing & Identification:
Source potential candidates, therapists, and healthcare specialists across Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted healthcare networks.
- Multi-Channel Engagement & Calling:
Conduct direct outbound phone calls, targeted emails, and candidate messages to drive high response and conversion rates.
- Process & Database Management:
Update talent records, maintain structured recruitment logs, and leverage AI tools to enhance outreach productivity.
