The role works closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain quality documentation, support process improvements, ensure compliance with automotive quality requirements, and promote a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Internal Auditor certification.
• GD&T; interpretation.
• Customer Specific Requirements (Ford, GM, Toyota, Tesla, etc.).
• Problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, 8D, A3).
• PPAP knowledge.
• Measurement instruments.
• Project Management.
• Leadership and people management.
• Advanced English.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Coordinate and support internal, external, certification, and customer audits.
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop, review,
and control quality system documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSRs) and applicable regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze QMS performance metrics and present results during Management Review meetings.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Quality Management System requirements and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the organization.
- Support certification, surveillance, and recertification activities while ensuring ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Automotive Quality Management Systems.
