, we're looking for a
Junior Demand Planning Analyst
with a strong analytical mindset, curiosity for data, and the ability to turn information into actionable insights. In this role, you'll support our
S&OP; process across Mexico and Latin America
, working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Imports, and Logistics teams to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory health.
What you'll do Analyze and consolidate demand forecasts across Mexico and LATAM. Monitor key indicators such as
forecast accuracy, sell-out, fill rate, inventory health, aging, and slow-moving inventory
. Analyze customer sales and inventory to proactively identify potential
stock-out and overstock risks
. Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using
BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
. Support S&OP; and S&OE; processes by transforming data into clear business insights. Collaborate with Commercial,



Supply, Finance, Imports, and Logistics teams. Support the use and implementation of demand planning tools such as
Anaplan and Demand Solutions
.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience

in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP;, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Basic knowledge or experience with

forecasting and demand analysis
. ✔ Exposure to ERP or planning tools such as
SAP, JD Edwards, Anaplan, Demand Solutions
, or similar platforms is a plus. ✔ Experience with
BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
is highly valued. ✔
Business English
and ability to collaborate with local and international teams. ✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within Supply Chain.
