We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and elevate full-cycle
recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and support Clara’s
ambitious growth. You will partner directly with hiring managers to define
hiring needs, build high-converting candidate pipelines, and deliver a fast,
transparent candidate experience. In this role, you will leverage Greenhouse,
Slack, and modern AI-driven sourcing techniques to optimize hiring velocity,
ensure data accuracy, and strengthen Clara's employer brand across all
touchpoints.
