full-cycle recruitment for the US market. You will focus on corporate functions
ensuring that the talent pipeline matches the high standards of a world-class
general leader.
We are looking for a highly proactive and self-driven talent professional who
thrives in autonomous environments, takes ownership of their portfolio, and acts
as a clear, consultative communicator with hiring managers and candidates alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Full-Cycle US Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for US-based
corporate roles with high independence and minimal oversight needed.
* Proactive Sourcing & Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced Boolean strings,
LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing techniques to anticipate pipeline
bottlenecks and attract top-tier talent in the US market.
* Internal Profiling:
Manage recruitment for internal corporate positions,
aligning technical skills with the brand’s unique culture.
* Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner for US-based
hiring managers, offering market data, transparent updates, and candidate
insights while driving alignment.
* Escalation & Priority Management: Demonstrate strong business judgment by
managing priorities independently and identifying the right moments to
escalate critical bottlenecks or decisions to leadership.
* Communication: Maintain flawless, transparent, and frequent verbal and
written communication in English across all platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
* Market Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience recruiting specifically for
the US Market.
