An international manufacturing organization in the Mexico City metropolitan area is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda of a demanding plant operation.

This opportunity requires someone who can move comfortably between the shop floor and senior management discussions: understanding operational problems firsthand, developing practical HR solutions and communicating them clearly to international leadership.

The successful candidate should bring:

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
, with significant responsibility inside manufacturing plants

• Proven leadership of a full-scope HR function, rather than experience limited to one HR specialty

• Strong background managing unionized workforces, collective bargaining and Mexican labor relations

• Demonstrated results addressing turnover, absenteeism, operational recruitment, retention and workforce stability

• Direct responsibility for employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, medical services, security and related plant services





• Ability to influence plant managers, supervisors and operational leaders while remaining highly hands-on

• Experience working within multinational organizations and communicating local Mexican realities to foreign leadership

•
Evidence of stable career progression
and sustained responsibility in previous organizations

English is a critical requirement for this position.

Candidates must have
strong spoken business English
, sufficient to participate confidently in interviews and management meetings, explain complex HR and labor situations, defend recommendations and interact regularly with international executives.

The role is fully on-site and requires a professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a lean HR structure.
