What You'll Do
Own Product and Portfolio Strategy by converting company objectives, customer needs, and market intelligence into a clear multi-year product strategy and roadmap. Drive Technical and Product Execution by partnering with Engineering on platform design and integrations. Lead Cross-Functional Execution by aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and other teams from discovery through launch and iteration.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product, Engineering, or adjacent business functions, with significant experience in B2B Fintech or payments. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, paired with an MBA or substantial business experience. Direct knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, and cross-border payment flows is required.
