Position Overview
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy across five manufacturing facilities in Mexico. This executive will act as a strategic business partner to the senior leadership team, ensuring that the organization has the right talent, structure, culture, and capabilities to support business growth and operational excellence.
The idóneo candidate is a highly analytical, strategic, and results-oriented HR leader with strong decision-making capabilities, extensive manufacturing experience, and advanced English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Human Resources strategy and operations for five manufacturing plants .
Partner with Plant Managers and senior leadership to align people strategies with business and operational objectives.
Lead and develop the HR teams across all locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service.
