To be successful in this role you will need the following: Provides technical and operational support to users and organizational systems, ensuring the proper functioning and continuity of IT services. Provides timely assistance and follow-up on incidents and service requests, tro bleshooting issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and applications. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to users both onsite and remotely.
- Receive, diagnose, and follow up on IT incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and update computers, applications, and IT systems.
- Manage and follow up on user accounts, access, and permissions.
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external vendors when required.




- Provide IT support during the implementation of new systems, equipment, and projects.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with users and provide customer-focused support.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for IT equipment and infrastructure.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT processes and services.

Qualifications and Competencies - Server & Infrastructure Management - Database Administration - Full Stack developer - knowledge Linux - Enterprise Application Integration - Intermediate English Education, Licenses, Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure, or a related field.
