- Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Analyze equipment performance and energy consumption data.
- Lead and develop the automation team.
- Coordinate automation projects across different departments.
- Monitor safety protocols and maintenance costs.
- Drive technology upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team size: Up to 16 employees.
- Bachelor's degree — required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- English B2 level
- Experience in automated equipment operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics
- Ability to read electromechanical technical drawings
- Experience analyzing production-line data
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
