We are looking for an Epic Certified Consultant based in Mexico to join a healthcare technology project supporting Epic implementation, optimization, and support initiatives. The idóneo candidate should have active Epic certification, strong healthcare domain experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and optimize Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
- Support Epic implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation.
- Participate in workflow analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support end-user training and go-live activities when required.
Required Skills
- Active Epic Certification in at least one Epic module.
- Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or support projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical/business operations.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work remotely from Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple Epic certifications.
- Experience with Epic upgrades and go-live support.
- Knowledge of integration, reporting, or interoperability within the Epic ecosystem.
