JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications

Guadalajara, North Campus.





Reporting to the General Commodity Management Sr Director,

The Commodity Manager, Packaging, is responsible for developing and executing
packaging sourcing strategies across the Americas. The role manages regional
supplier relationships and delivers competitive cost, supply assurance,
working-capital improvement, supplier performance, and sourcing support for new
and existing business.

Working across Commodity Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations,
Quality, and Commercial teams, this position will develop packaging solutions
that balance product protection, cost, logistics efficiency, sustainability, and
customer requirements
