Purchase Order Reception Analyst Representative Expert

Responsibilities (Key Activities)
• Request and follow up on required PO corrections prior to acceptance.• Accept and update PO status in systems while maintaining accurate documentation for reporting and audit needs.• Collaborate with order execution, customer-facing teams, sales, and contract teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending sustainable solutions.• Follow organizational policies and regulatory requirements; participate in trainings on tools and process updates.
