Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer

Location: Remote (Mexico or LATAM)

- 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, with a strong hands-on background in software development and product enhancements.
- Full Stack Development: Strong proficiency in Java + Spring Boot for backend and React + JavaScript/TypeScript + HTML5/CSS3 for frontend development.
- API & Cloud Development: Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, as well as developing and deploying applications in AWS Cloud, ideally within cloud-native SaaS architectures.
- Event-Driven & Databases: Experience with Apache Kafka and SQL development using PostgreSQL and Oracle, including Oracle Stored Procedures.
- Frontend Quality & Automated Testing: Experience with Redux/Context API,



responsive design, accessibility, and web performance, along with unit, component, integration, and E2E testing using tools such as JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Payments/Financial Services Experience — MUST: Recent experience in the Payments industry, including bill pay, credit cards, accounts receivable, or accounts payable solutions. Previous Mastercard or VISA experience is a plus. Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP, cloud-native development, security, and secure coding best practices.
