About the Role

Develop and execute site strategic business plans aligned with corporate goals and long-range organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

- Direct and manage site financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Prepare, analyze, and present operational and financial performance reports to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and accountability to department managers across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Engineering, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Establish performance expectations and monitor key business metrics to ensure achievement of operational and financial targets.
- Promote and maintain a culture of workplace safety, including review of incidents, corrective actions, and risk-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, labor, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement programs to improve operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary site representative for customers, including participation in business reviews, audits, and issue resolution.
- Guide workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts to ensure organizational effectiveness.




- Review and approve major operational, financial, staffing, and capital expenditure decisions within assigned authority levels.
- Monitor and improve quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and resources to support production schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.
- Regularly tour and inspect facility operations to evaluate performance, identify risks, support problem resolution, and maintain visibility with employees and management.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing related company, preference for experience in contract manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
