- Support technicians with vehicle maintenance or repair.
- Guarantee correct stamping of work performed.
- Ensure process flow by communicating when work is finished.
- Implement improvement proposals.
- Check availability of tools and parts and retrieve them from the warehouse.
- Check availability of maintenance information.
- Apply work methods.
- Perform visual vehicle inspections.
- Manage deviations.
- Wash parts and components.
- Start and finalize work orders.
- Prepare vehicles or components.
- Search for information in the system.
- Perform maintenance.
- Clean the work area and return used tools.
- Communicate completed assignments and deviations to the workshop manager.
- Propose solutions and follow up on improvement plans.
Requirements
- High school, preparatory or technical degree completed.
- One year in a similar position.
- Diesel and/or gasoline mechanics.
- Knowledge of Scania products and services.
- Knowledge of DOS, DCS, SRS, SHE standards.
- Ability to comply with all safety standards in the workshop.
