Job Objective Ensure the proper operation of the testing laboratory and compliance with Quality Management System requirements, customer needs, and applicable internal and external standards.

Job Requirements

- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency is essential
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratories or testing areas
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standard
- Experience in AC and DC electrical analysis
- Advanced knowledge of motors and electrical testing
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate resources, priorities, and work teams
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience as a leader or internal auditor for ISO/IEC 17025
- Knowledge of power systems
- Knowledge of control and power electronics
- Experience in PFMEA
- Green Belt certification




- Basic financial knowledge

Main Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing priorities between the Production and Engineering departments
- Support and coordinate customer-witnessed tests
- Evaluate the laboratory's capacity to perform tests on different products
- Analyze results to ensure test quality and reliability
- Continuously improve laboratory processes, methods, and infrastructure
- Maintain equipment calibration and torque cell adjustment, where applicable
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and UL, CSA, IEEE, and NEMA standards, among others
- Maintain control, integrity, and traceability of test records and results
- Evaluate and update the laboratory's PFMEA, identifying risks and following up on preventive and corrective actions
- Ensure test parameters remain within established limits
- Supervise personnel and coordinate internal and external laboratory resources
