The Senior Manufacturing Site Director | Juarez, MEX is responsible for leading the Juarez manufacturing site to maintain, innovate and improve upon employee safety, product quality, product delivery, operating cost, inclusion, and engagement. This position leads a team responsible for the manufacturing of molded products used in acute care monitoring. This position partners with leaders from two operating units and several manufacturing functions. This position drives a lean mindset, leading transformation and continuous improvement of business performance through accountability across multiple functional teams in support of the people, culture, and strategy for the manufacturing site, operating units, and manufacturing platform. This position reports to the Global VP, Manufacturing, for the West/Mexico Region. The **Senior Manufacturing Site Director** is responsible for establishing cost objectives, capacity planning, attainment of production schedules, productivity and efficiency improvements, quality and safety objectives and the development and management of annual budgets and financial performance.***This position is based in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico and is an on-site position, though the selected candidate may reside in the greater El Paso / Juarez Mexico area based upon work status.
