What We're Looking For: Leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. Plays a key role in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending,
