We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing existing business applications built with ASP. NET, C#, Java Script, Bootstrap, and MS SQL Server. This role focuses on delivering automated solutions to streamline business operations across Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service departments. This position is located in Guadalajara, MX, working 4 days a week onsite and 1 day work from home. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily Application Maintenance & Support Provide ongoing support for existing ASP. NET C# web applications Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across all layers (frontend, backend, database) Perform routine maintenance, updates, and performance optimizations Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements Feature Development & Enhancement Design, develop,



and implement new features for existing business applications Enhance current functionality to improve user experience and operational efficiency Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed Update and maintain user guides and provide live training for new and existing applications Automated Business Solutions Develop automated workflows and solutions to address business challenges Create data processing and reporting systems for Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and Customer Service Implement automation scripts and tools to reduce manual processes Design and build integrations between different business systems Technical Development Develop responsive web applications using ASP. NET, C#, Java Script, and Bootstrap Implement data access via Entity Framework, Dapper, ADO. NET Design and implement MS SQL Server databases in relation to application development; queries, stored procedures, and database schemas Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and performant Participate in system architecture discussions and technology decisions QUALIFICATIONS Technical Requirements 5+ years of experience with ASP. NET (C#) development Minimum a associates degree or specialized certification in Computer Science or Information Systems plus practical work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred and highly beneficial Strong knowledge of Java Script and modern front-end frameworks Proficiency with Bootstrap for responsive web design Extensive experience with MS SQL Server (design, query optimization, store procedures)



Understanding of database design principles and normalization Experience with version control systems (Git preferred) Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services Business Domain Knowledge Understanding of business processes in Sales, Warehouse Accounting, and Custom Service business units Ability to analyze business problems and design technical solutions Experience with automated business process development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Soft Skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Knowledge of modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines Understanding of security best practices for web applications Experience with reporting tools and data visualization Other Skills Required: Time Management, Critical Analysis, Problem-solving, Computerized Systems, Organizational, Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Attention to Detail, Ability to work in diverse and fast-paced environments or versátil to changing directions, Ability to conduct presentations, Business acumen Work Conditions/Physical Requirements: Office environment, driving vehicle, airline flights, lift, stand, sit, bend, reach, pull, repetitive motion.
