Main Responsibilities Support general administrative processes. Manage and follow up on documentation, files, and corporate seals. Coordinate general services, including purchasing office supplies, office or apartment maintenance, and monitoring cafeteria, security, and transportation services. Manage and follow up with administrative service providers and vendors. Assist with invoicing processes and document control. Coordinate services related to the management of general and hazardous waste. Support the reception and attention of clients and visitors. Follow up on procedures and documentation related to the Ministry of Labor (STPS). Assist in the planning and coordination of internal events. Provide administrative support for expatriate employees, including immigration, tax,



and banking procedures. Follow up on procedures and matters with government agencies. Provide administrative support and maintain effective communication with different departments within the company. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative processes . Intermediate Excel skills. Proficiency in email management and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate English level.
