Work Experience

- Bachelor’s degree inInternational Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience

in logistics, foreign trade, transportation coordination, or related areas.
- 5+ years of experience is preferred

, but candidates with less experience may be considered based on their skills and relevant background.
- Experience coordinatingair, sea, and ground transportation

.
- Experience inlogistics operations and shipment coordination

.
- Knowledge offoreign trade and customs processes

.
- Knowledge ofCARM and VUCEM

.
- Knowledge ofautomatic permits, regulations, and non-tariff restrictions

.
- Experience usingSAP

.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel

.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up oncustoms clearance processes

- Monitorshipments and deliveries

, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of potential issues.
- Maintain logistics and shipment informationaccurately and up to date in the system

.
- Prepare and maintainlogistics reports

.
- Prepare theforecast of customs expenses for imports

.
- Follow up on import documentation and ensure compliance with applicableforeign trade and customs requirements

.
- Coordinate withcustoms brokers, transportation providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor the status of shipments and communicate relevant updates to the corresponding areas.
- Support the analysis and control oflogistics and customs-related expenses

.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up throughout the import process.
- Identify potential operational issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Contribute to thecontinuous improvement of logistics and foreign trade processes
