More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Focus Factory Manager (Manufacturing Manager) in Monterrey with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

- Supply Chain Management (main focus): Lead supply chain activities including fulfillment, inventory, demand planning, customer service, and supply chain performance.
- Planning & Inventory: Drive demand/order management, inventory targets, inventory quality, and supply chain initiatives to optimize availability, cost, and service levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to simplify processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage technology across the supply chain.
- Operations & Manufacturing: Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Leadership & Performance: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive actions aligned with business objectives.

More about you

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.




- 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, including leadership roles overseeing plant operations, manufacturing excellence, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations, with proven experience driving supply chain performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is desirable.
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
