About the role: As the Media Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the tactical engine behind their Emerging Brands' growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media, specifically focused on capturing demand in the mid-to-lower funnel.

This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role for a digital native who loves the challenge of maximizing Media Efficiency Rate (MER) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You will work to ensure each brand’s ad program is driving the most business impact as possible while also cutting as much unnecessary spend as possible.

What You'll Do

- Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage daily campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) for the emerging brand portfolio.
- Bid & Budget Management: Monitor daily spend and performance pacing, adjusting bids and budgets in real-time to maximize efficiency and hit monthly revenue targets.




- Creative Feedback Loop: Analyze creative performance (images, video, copy) and provide data-backed recommendations to the creative team to iterate on winning ads.
- Feed Management: Ensure product feeds for Google Shopping and Meta Catalogs are healthy, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing product titles/descriptions for search intent.
- Funnel Optimization: Focus intensely on conversion-driving activities—retargeting site visitors, cart abandoners, and high-intent search traffic.
- Reporting: assisting the Sr. Director of Media in compiling weekly performance reviews, highlighting wins, losses, and opportunities for scale.

What You Need

- 1-3 years of experience in paid media buying or digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience working inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis.
- A tactical problem solver who can troubleshoot pixel issues, disapproved ads, or tracking errors quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple ad accounts with distinct budgets and goals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the hunting/outdoor gear landscape is preferred to understand seasonality and customer intent.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
- Work from home.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
