We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and bilingual Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and guest/tenant relations across our real estate portfolio in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, routine maintenance schedules, and urgent repairs for all assigned units.
- Source, negotiate with, and supervise local contractors and third-party vendors (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, security).
- Manage tenant and guest relations, handling onboarding/check-ins, inquiries, lease compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate lease agreements, conduct move-in/move-out property inspections, and follow up on rent collections.
- Track operational budgets, review utility bills, monitor occupancy rates, and deliver monthly financial reports.




- Ensure all properties comply with Mexican real estate norms, local municipal regulations, and HOA (régimen de condominio) rules.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in property management, vacation rentals (Airbnb/VRBO), or hospitality operations in Mexico.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required to liaise with international clients and local vendors.
- Familiarity with local Mexican tenancy practices, HOA regulations, and standard lease agreements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $151.83 - $250.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
