Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ECP Consultant to support SAP Employee Central Payroll projects in a remote consulting environment.
The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) , SAP SuccessFactors, payroll processes, and related integrations.
Candidates must be located in Mexico or Argentina .
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP ECP implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP ECP solutions.
- Configure and maintain SAP ECP functionality.
- Support payroll-related business processes.
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECP integrations.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design.
- Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot payroll and integration-related issues.
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration specifications.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
- Support data validation and payroll testing.
- Provide production support and resolve system issues.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on SAP ECP experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
- SAP ECP implementation, configuration, or support experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- SAP payroll integration experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be located in Mexico or Argentina.
Preferred Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- SAP ECP implementation experience.
- EC-to-ECP integration experience.
- LATAM payroll experience.
- SAP Activate methodology experience.
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
