We are looking for a Senior Closer to own the sales process from qualified opportunity to signed client.

This is a high-level consultative sales role for someone comfortable selling complex B2B solutions to founders, CEOs, Managing Partners, COOs, and other senior decision-makers.

You will be responsible for understanding the prospect's operational challenges, identifying the business opportunity, positioning the right ZPT solution, managing the sales process, negotiating, and closing.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Own the sales cycle from discovery to closing.
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls with senior decision-makers.
- Understand business processes, operational pain points, and AI opportunities.
- Qualify prospects against ZPT's ICP and disqualify low-potential opportunities.
- Identify the business case and potential ROI of ZPT's solutions.
- Present and sell Discovery, Configuration Review, Build, and related engagements.
- Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain strong sales momentum.
- Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, Managing Partners, COOs, and Operations leaders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and deal information.
- Work closely with the ZPT team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in SaaS, AI, technology, consulting, automation, or professional services.
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals .
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Experience selling to C-level executives, founders, partners, or senior operators .
- Excellent discovery, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to qualify opportunities rather than chase every lead.




- Comfortable selling solutions with deal values in the $8K–$15K+ range .
- Strong understanding of AI and the ability to communicate business value without relying on overly technical language.
- Excellent spoken and written English .
- Highly autonomous, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a remote, international environment.

A Strong Candidate Will Understand You should be able to identify whether a company is genuinely ready for an AI deployment.

ZPT's qualification framework considers factors such as:

- Document and knowledge intensity

- Operational scale

- Revenue / AUM
- Decision-making structure

- Existing enterprise AI licenses

- Internal commitment to implementation
- Willingness to own the systems rather than depend on an external BPO

You should also be comfortable walking away from bad-fit opportunities . ZPT explicitly excludes prospects looking only for basic chatbots, permanent outsourcing, immature pre-seed/seed businesses, or organizations without the necessary enterprise AI foundation.
